Non-Returnable Items

Due to agricultural regulations and special handling requirements, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• All Edible Plants (Apple Trees, Avocado Trees, Blackberry Bushes, Blueberry Bushes, Cherry Trees)
• Carefree House Plants
• Air Purifying House Plants

Please choose these items carefully, as returns are only accepted if the plants arrive damaged.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are subject to availability and validation.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping Restrictions

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of plants, except for non-returnable items as specified in Section 3.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original container
• You must provide proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:
