We ship globally, bringing a world of greenery to your home (excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations due to shipping restrictions).

Order Processing

After you place your order, our team gets to work! We carefully select, package, and prepare your plants for their journey. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your plants will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after they are shipped from our nursery.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over 50 USD, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment. This is a great economical choice for patient gardeners!

Please note that these times are estimates. Delivery can sometimes be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or customs delays.

Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We stand by the quality of our plants. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of plants.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:

To ensure the health and safety of all our products and comply with specific regulations, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Carefree House Plants: These are specifically selected for their resilience and low-maintenance nature.
  • All Edible Plants: This includes Apple Trees, Avocado Trees, Blackberry Bushes, Blueberry Bushes, and Cherry Trees (due to agricultural regulations).
  • Air Purifying House Plants: Due to their special handling requirements.

Return & Exchange Process

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original container, and you must provide your proof of purchase.

  1. Submit a Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Using the template below will help us assist you faster.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions for returning your item(s).
  3. Ship Items Back: Once approved, please securely package the plant(s) using similar protective materials and ship them to the address we provide. Remember to include your return authorization number on the package.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item was shipped, or a damaged product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged or you received incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Please include photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
