What types of plants do you offer?
We specialize in a wide variety of plants including air-purifying house plants, fruit trees (apple, avocado, cherry, banana), ornamental trees (birch, cedar, cherry blossom), flowering shrubs (azalea, camellia), and berry bushes (blueberry, blackberry). Our collection is carefully curated to bring beauty and nature to your home.
How do I care for my plants after they arrive?
Each plant shipment includes detailed care instructions specific to your selection. Generally, plants may experience slight travel stress, so it’s important to acclimate them gradually to their new environment. Provide appropriate light, water, and temperature conditions as specified in your plant’s care guide.
Are your plants suitable for indoor growing?
We offer both indoor and outdoor plants. Our “Air Purifying House Plants” and “Carefree House Plants” collections are specifically selected for indoor environments. Please check individual plant descriptions for specific light and space requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to gardening enthusiasts worldwide! However, we’re currently unable to ship to parts of Asia and some remote regions. During checkout, you can confirm whether we deliver to your specific location.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – arrives within 10-15 days after dispatch
2. Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives within 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
My plants arrived with drooping leaves. Is this normal?
Yes, some temporary travel stress is completely normal. Plants may appear slightly different upon arrival than they would in a garden setting. With proper care as outlined in the included instructions, your plants should recover quickly and begin thriving in their new home.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For DHL and FedEx shipments, you can use their reliable tracking systems. For EMS shipments, tracking may be available depending on your location.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. After this period, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our plants with a Happiness Guarantee. If your plants arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected]. Our customer care team will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
Do you offer replacements for damaged plants?
Yes, if your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, we’ll happily replace them per our Happiness Guarantee. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos of the plants and your order number.
What isn’t covered by your guarantee?
Our guarantee covers shipping-related issues and plant health upon arrival. It does not cover issues resulting from improper care after delivery, extreme weather conditions after planting, or natural disasters.

Account & Website

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily, save your preferences, and receive exclusive gardening tips and offers.
How do I reset my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to reset your password shortly.
